Our full service bartenders and mixologists are well equipped to handle all of your bar needs no matter how simple or complex from set-up to breakdown. Let us create a full service premium bar, perfectly paired wines for your meal or delicious specialty cocktails that will enhance your event. We come prepared with a bar kit and utensils needed when requested and can assist in rentals of different style bars (barrel bar, glow in the dark, mirrored, wooden, rustic) If food is also provided, our catering company can provide you with all of the liquor, wine and beer so you don’t have to worry about how much and what kinds to provide!
Barbacks and Bussers are needed to ensure the event stays neat and clean throughout the evening. They are removing and replenishing glassware & plateware, picking up garbage, refilling ice, replenishing glassware changing the garbage and assisting with event breakdown.
Finding the perfect chef is challenging. There are many talented chefs who can cook but finding a chef who has personality and can interact with your guests is not always an easy find. We pride ourselves in providing a full chef experience for all of your events. Our chefs are classically trained and have the knowledge needed to prepare, present and display your menu with a wow factor. Each chef has been selected and educated on the importance of guest interaction which sometimes includes tableside demonstrations, open kitchen formats or attending action stations. If your vision warrants it, we want our chefs to be a part of the focal point of your event.
Captains & Service Managers are crucial to the success of an event. No matter how small the event is it is important to have someone leading and managing the staff. Captains are there to direct and oversee the staff and make sure the event is flowing according to the schedule. When dealing with our larger parties and special events, this is the most indispensable person you will have on your team. At a wedding for example, the event captain acts as the point person for the client, event planner, caterer, dj, and of course the rest of the event staff.
It’s the event captain’s job to manage the other event staff, delegate responsibilities, trouble shoot & problem solve when necessary, and keep everything running smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule.
When it comes to an event involving food and beverage service, sanitation captains are a necessity. They are in charge of the back of house in terms of checking in rentals, setting up the sanitation area for glassware, china, and flatware and organizing rentals at the close of the event. Our stewards understand the importance of a cleanly work environment and what it takes to properly rinse, wash and dry your tableware. They will assist with garbage removal and ensure that the floors are clean and looking better then when we arrived.
Making a first impression is very important at any event and we train our greeters to do just that! The host/hostess role can be to welcome guests at the front door or entrance and guide them along the way of the experience. Or if check-in or reservations were required we can manage these details for you while offering any guidance necessary to ensure a seamless guest experience. Our greeters can also welcome guests with a glass of wine, specialty cocktail or beverage station. We will create the perfect start to your event!
